Hours & the eruption

We’re open 365 days a year, from 9 AM. Closing times shift with the season (generally 6–7 PM) — call ahead or check Google for today’s hours.

There’s no schedule to catch. The geyser performs on its own natural rhythm — roughly every 20 to 40 minutes, quickening after rain and easing through dry months. Settle in on the lawn and you’ll rarely wait long.

Directions & parking

Good to know

Can we bring a picnic?

Absolutely — it’s encouraged. Bring your favorite food and a bottle of Napa Valley wine; our complimentary picnic station has glasses, utensils and napkins. Relax under a cabana, at a picnic table, or in one of our covered lounges.

Is food available on site?

We sell light bites and non-alcoholic beverages in the gift shop. Food trucks and catering can be arranged for groups and events.

How long should we plan to stay?

Most guests spend 1.5 hours or more. Come for the geyser, then stay for the gardens, the animal farm, the museum, bocce and the lawns.

When does the geyser erupt?

On its own rhythm, roughly every 20–40 minutes. No need to time your visit — just relax and watch.
